Elena and Ian

Ian and Elena had always dreamt of a beachside wedding, but Melbourne in November had other ideas. On the coldest Saturday in over a decade, we still made their dream a reality.

When their original plans fell through, our team at Elope Around Melbourne searched high and low for the perfect backup. From beach venues to local restaurants, we finally found our lifesaver; Carrum Beach Surf Club.

Safe, warm, and overlooking the ocean, it became the perfect space for their intimate celebration.

With a small budget and a big vision, Ian and Elena pulled off a beautifully decorated elopement with 15 of their favourite people. They reached out to us in early October after seeing one of our posts about stress-free, after-work elopements and in just 32 days (yes, 32!) we brought everything together.

This day will always be one of our favourites. Ian and Elena are joyful, loving, and full of life and because of their wedding, we’ve also built wonderful collaborations with Carrum Beach Surf Club and In2UCeremonies to bring more couples the same joy.

We’re forever grateful for these two and the magic we created together.
